How do we collect your data?
You directly provide us with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey, sign up to our newsletter, or provide feedback
- Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies (see below)
How will we use your data?
We collect your personal data so that we can:
- Process your order(s), including payment and delivery
- Communicate with you about your order(s) and provide customer service.
- Provide a website account for you, including your order history
- Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like, if you have given us permission to do so, or if doing so is a reasonable action in the context of your relationship to us as an existing or former customer.
We collect anonymised data in order that we can understand:

- We will have to provide your contact details and delivery address, and sometimes an order reference number, to a third party courier or delivery service, in order that they can deliver your order.
- We pass your contact details to our payment partner, PayPal, to make your checkout process as quick and easy as possible

How do we store your data?
We securely store your data on our web server. All data is encrypted, and in addition all passwords are hashed (made unreadable) using a one-way algorithm. This ensure that even if someone gains unauthorised access to our web server, your password is secure. There is no way for us to see your password, and we will never ask you for it apart from where you log in to the website.
We transfer relevant personal data securely onto our server at our offices for the purposes of processing your order. We may also print your order details in order to pack and dispatch your order. Printed copies may be kept securely at our premises as a record of dispatch.
In all cases, the electronic and printed data is retained as long as necessary to fulfil our legal obligations, our quality assurance processes and our obligation to support you as a customer. This will be as a minimum for three years and a maximum for six years following your most recent order date. After this time the data will be deleted from our live systems, and any paper or digital backups and archives.
Anonymised data is stored by our web analytics provider, Google, on their servers, for up to two years.
What are your data protection rights?
You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data and for it to be corrected or completed if you feel it is inaccurate or in any way incomplete. Under certain conditions, you can also ask us to delete your data, object to the way we process it or have it transferred to another organisation or directly to you.

Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information. When you visit our website, we may collect information from you automatically through cookies or similar technology.

We do not collect or store payment card details at any point. When you confirm your order on our site, you are transferred to our payment partner’s separate website where you enter card details.
